I had no idea you'd been banned..shit, and for using a reference from a piece of art that they said you could use WTF?..they have made some good changes in the ToS...but the reason for banning you..stupid stupid..they DON'T LOOK,and they do it here too.

BTW this is Uwila from Y!

and me and a friend are talking about putting together a new site,the biggest issue is funding....we'd have to keep it small, but it would be carefully designed to counteract some of the issues of this site and Y!
Good luck, they're being cooler in someways, and a lot harder in others.

Oh gosh, thank you for your concern. I'm glad there are people who believe in me that I am not a thief, especially since I have no control over my front page now, so people could post what they want. I'm trying to contact the head moderator, but no such luck so far. Doesn't mean I'm not giving up! I must clear my name.

I don't blame you. Another artist just got accused of the same thing, and shit..all you have to do is look at her gallery here and you can tell the girl does not trace. I think someone who is jealous is doing this I swear, she dinged on DA,7 pieces deleted. And then only a few days later the same thing does down on Y!, though she only got suspended, so I bet they at least have a reasonable doubt....But this is stupid..I have seen your work, I don't know who's reporting other people as tracing, but the ones getting in trouble don't....The attitudes of some of the mods on here and Y! are ridiciulous...

what the flying fuck...i just saw what happened on y!g...(edohurekun there, btw)and think they are being assmonkeys again, but eh...we can't fight them. we can all leave, however...and the more time passes, the more likely i am to do so...

Thank you for your concern. I'm fighting the false accusation and wrongful judgment, but so far no cigar. I'm not giving up though, because it's a state of clearing my name. I'm really beginning to think they're all idiots there anyway. No background checks, no messaging people who've been reported to check if it's legit or not, and judgment without even knowing you've been accused of something.

I'm totally leaving there anyway. It's boring as hell there and most of the people are ignorant, talentless and just plain rude. *sniffle*
